• Providing accurate and complete information

4. Fees and Payments

For practice sales, we charge a 5% commission on completed transactions. Professional profiles are free. Enterprise services have custom pricing.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Harass or discriminate against other users
• Circumvent platform fees

6. Limitation of Liability

DentalBridge is a platform connecting parties. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by users or for transaction outcomes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
